Lord Krishna defines Yoga as ‘samatvam yoga uchyate.’  This form of yoga emphasizes the importance of devotion to the ultimate reality. Translation: “Be steadfast in the performance of your duty, O Arjun, abandoning attachment to success and failure. Such equanimity is called Yoga.”
